Ich kann also mein Leben in viel grösserem Mass selber gestalten, als ich das früher angenommen habe. Es ist nicht das Verhalten meiner Mitmenschen, das ausschlaggebend dafür ist, ob ich mich des Lebens freue oder nicht. Es ist das Vertrauen in meine Fähigkeit Probleme gleich welcher Art, die es mit Mitmenschen halt geben kann, selber bewältigen und lösen zu können. Je öfter mir das gelingt, desto grösser wird dieses Vertrauen.
